Why Investing In Personal Development & Learning Matters?
Your brain didn’t come with a lifetime warranty. In today’s world, staying still means falling behind, and personal development is the key to keeping you sharp, adaptable, and ahead of the curve. Investing in learning isn’t just about adding more acronyms to your résumé—it’s about unlocking fresh ideas, building confidence, and turning challenges into opportunities (instead of stress headaches). The sooner you start, the bigger the payoff. And unlike that treadmill in your garage, this is one investment you’ll actually use.
In motorsport, the cars aren’t the only things moving fast - the opportunities are, too. Investing in your photography skills through a dedicated workshop means you’re not just snapping pictures, you’re capturing split-second stories that will help you grow and set you apart from the competition. You’ll learn techniques you can’t get from YouTube tutorials, gain insider tips from pros who have ‘been there, done that’ and build confidence to go from strength to strength in the highly competitive world of motorsport photography.
In short: upgrade yourself, because standing still is the fastest way to get left behind.

Michal is a UK-based, award-winning photographer from Czechia with a deep passion for motorsport. He began exploring photography in 2016 and discovered his calling two years later at the race track.
Seeing photography as the ultimate way to be part of motorsport, he honed his craft tirelessly, developing a bold and creative style that caught the attention of Digital Camera World magazine, which featured him in 2021. His big break came when Goodwood Road and Racing invited him to join their team of official photographers, where he covered major events like the Festival of Speed and Revival over three seasons. Now freelancing for GT-REPORT, Michal continues to shoot world-class events such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, WEC 6 hours of Spa, GTWC Europe and many historic sports car festivals. At these events, Michal had the privilege to work for some successful teams and drivers, Andre Lotterer, David Brabham and Karun Chandhok, to name but a few.
Michal is always pushing himself creatively on and off track to capture the essence of racing, the feeling of speed and emotions in every photo. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, he has won the International Photo Awards in both amateur and professional categories, and has been nominated three times for the British Photo Awards and was twice a finalist in the World Sport Photography Awards.
