Strap in - our brand-new social media shindig #TracksideTuesday has officially arrived.

Every month, on the first Tuesday (because we like to keep things easy and consistent), Greg, the founder of Trackside Focus®will handpick one amateur motorsport photographer who really stands out from the #TracksideTuesday entries. That lucky snapper will get the VIP treatment: a feature across all Trackside Focus® social media channels, a spot in our monthly newsletter, and even their very own page on the Trackside Focus® website. Oh, and winners get an official winners’ logo for their social media and website plus a £25 Trackside Focus® voucher. Fancy, right?

Winning isn’t just about bragging rights (though those are pretty sweet too). A feature on our socials plus a dedicated profile on our website could mean bigger exposure, a growing fan base, and serious street cred in the motorsport photography scene.

Now - there are no guarantees. Capturing the perfect shot is tricky, and winning #TracksideTuesday isn’t automatic. But if you’ve got creativity, commitment and a love for motorsport, then you’re already halfway there. So grab your camera, head to the circuit, snap like a pro, and throw your hat in the ring with #TracksideTuesday.

The fine print: you must be 18+ and have fewer than 1K followers on the platform you enter from (either Instagram or FaceBook for now).

If you’re a pro, this isn’t your scene - unless you’re cool with the ‘amateur’ badge?

Why #TracksideTuesday?

Meet Greg, the founder (and slightly obsessed motorsport fan) behind Trackside Focus®. He’s got a serious soft spot for amateur and aspiring motorsport photographers - so much so that one of the big reasons he started Trackside Focus® was to give them a big helping hand, cheer them on, and shine a spotlight on their work. Basically, he’s on a mission to make sure talented photographers don’t get lost in the blur.

Being a motorsport fanatic and a photographer himself, Greg knows exactly how tough it is to break into this scene. That’s where #TracksideTuesday comes in - his latest initiative, aiming to give emerging photographers a stage to showcase their talent and perhaps get noticed along the way.
