Hi, I’m Chris Nicholson and I’m a motorsport photographer shooting as CAR19 (car19.co.uk) or you can find me on Instagram as @car19uk.
I’ve followed motorsport and been a fan for as long as I can remember. Other than my family, racing cars are the biggest constant in my life. Originally it was F1 and touring cars, and I still love them both, but these days GT and endurance racing are my favourite to watch and photograph.
I’ve been taking pictures at races for years but really started to invest time and pushing photographic creativity after 2021. Now an award-winning, published photographer, I specialise in capturing the speed, energy, and emotion of motorsport, from editorial to artwork.
