Jimmy Callaghan

Hi, my name is Jimmy. I am a former truck driver with a long-standing passion for photography. From an early age, my focus has been on motorsports, trucks, cars, and motorcycles.

In 2025, I joined Trackside Focus® to develop my skills and deepen my understanding of motorsport photography. My first workshop was the British GT event at Silverstone in April 2025, which marked my first experience inside a pit lane (although not a live one just yet) and on the grid. I had the opportunity to learn directly from Greg and professional photographer Mark Timms, with access provided by Paddock Motorsport.

Later that year, I gained significant hands-on experience by participating in the 24H Barcelona workshop, where I photographed the full 24-hour endurance race with full media access. Now I would experience the live pit lane for the first time!

I look forward to continuing my development and taking part in further Trackside Focus® workshops in the coming year.
